Herb Abernathy (Jack Wright) è un astuto truffatore che riesce a creare una pozione d'amore insieme al professor Brains (Fable and Uno) e alla sua assistente Wendy Wilson (Dorothy LeMay). Le vendite da capogiro fanno sì che ben presto la pozione si diffonda per tutta San Francisco. C'è però un effetto collaterale non previsto: chi la beve è sopraffatto da un'irresistibile voglia di sesso e tutta la città ben presto impazzisce.

Herb Abernathy (Jack Wright) is a cunning con man who manages to create a love potion with Professor Brains (Fable and One) and his assistant Wendy Wilson (Dorothy LeMay). The astonishing sales ensure that soon the potion will spread throughout San Francisco. But there is an unexpected side effect: who drinks the potion is overwhelmed by an irresistible sexual urge and the whole town raves rapidly.
