Abbey Winston (Jiuliet Anderson) tradisce l'indaffarato marito Harlan (Bobby Astyr) con un giovane ragazzo (Ron Hudd), con l'assistenza dell'amica Barbara Durning (Jody Maxwell), trascurata dal marito Victor (Robert Bolla), avvocato di prestigio; a loro volta Harlan frequenta Cassie Lacey (Marlene Willoughby), bellissima modella che di notte si prostituisce, e Victor tradisce la moglie con la remissiva segretaria Felicia (Merle Michaels). Deidre (Veronica Hart), socia di Victor, decide di festeggiare una vittoria legale con l'artista Eddie (John Leslie). Infine Barbara si vendicherà tradendo il marito con un giovane stallone (Joey Silvera) e l'amica Evelyn (Samantha Fox).

The ladies of the title are "outlaw" because, in one way or another, they give in to transgression. Abbey Winston (Jiuliet Anderson) betrays her busy husband Harlan (Bobby Astyr) with a young boy (Ron Hudd), with the assistance of her friend Barbara Durning (Jody Maxwell), neglected by her husband Victor (Robert Bolla), a renowned lawyer; in turn Harlan spends time with Cassie Lacey (Marlene Willoughby), a beautiful model who whores by night, and Victor cheats on his wife with the submissive secretary Felicia (Merle Michaels). Deidre (Veronica Hart), an attorney partner of Victor, decides to celebrate a legal victory with the artist Eddie (John Leslie). Finally Barbara takes revenge against Victor cheating him with a young stud (Joey Silvera) and her friend Evelyn (Samantha Fox).
