Mark (Mark Lester) si deve operare ma l'intervento rischia di farlo diventare impotente.  Si concede così una vacanzaa Santo Domingo, sulle traccie di Maira, suo amore indimenticato. Sull'isola fa sesso con diverse donne, tra cui Lucia (Lucia Ramirez), la moglie dell'amico Jack (George Eastman), che si vendicherà poi facendo a sua volta l'amore con la moglie di Mark.
Tra riti Vudù, allucinazioni e magia nera Mark ritrova Maira (Annj Gorden), che credeva morta. Sarà davvero lei? Le sorprese non sono finite...

Mark (Mark Lester) has to undergo sugery but the intervention is likely to make him impotent. He then allow himself a holiday in Santo Domingo, on the trail of Maira, his unforgotten loved. In the he has sex with several women, including Lucia (Lucia Ramirez), the wife of his friend Jack (George Eastman), who in turn will take revenge making love with the wife of Mark. 
In the midst of Voodoo rites, hallucinations and black magic, Mark finds Maira (Annj Gorden), who believed dead. Will she really her? Surprises do not end here ...
