Film ispirato fin dal titolo al romanzo "Dieci piccoli indiani" di Agatha Christie. John (Harry Reems) e Carol (Ginger Lynn) sono una coppia felicemente sposata che riceve in regalo due biglietti per un soggiorno gratuito a Bacchanale Island. Qui faranno conoscenza di altri ospiti: Candy (Amber Lynn) e Dick (Paul Thomas), Agatha (Lisa De Leeuw) e Larry (Eric Edwards), Charlene (Janey Robbins) e Peter (Richard Pacheco), Tabatha (Nina Hartley) e Renfro (Jamie Gillis). Dopo un pranzo e un'orgia, le cinque coppie ricevono un terribile messaggio: dovranno pagare la vacanza con la loro vita. Qualcuno inizia misteriosamente ad uccidere gli ospiti uno ad uno.

This film is clearly ispired by Agatha Christie's novel "Ten little niggers". John (Harry Reems) and Carol (Ginger Lynn) are a happily married couple who receives a gift of two tickets to a free stay at Bacchanale Island. Here they meet  other guests: Candy (Amber Lynn) and Dick (Paul Thomas), Agatha (Lisa De Leeuw) and Larry (Eric Edwards), Charlene (Janey Robbins) and Peter (Richard Pacheco), Tabatha (Nina Hartley) and Renfro (Jamie Gillis). After a lunch and an orgy, the five couples receive a terrible message: they will have to pay the holiday with their lives. Someone mysteriously begins to kill the guests one by one.
